General Information, Liability Release, Space and No Refund Policy
The event is a rain or shine 3-day show & shine event. Show
parking is first come first served. To reserve a specific parking location
from year to year, you must register during the preceding year. The event
office issues ALL space assignments. If you do not have a special request to
park in a specific place, you will be assigned a specific space. Not to worry
all locations are great. ONE space per vehicle. A Trailer or Tear Drop that is
part of your presentation will require the registration of another vehicle and
a dedicated second space. On the Monday morning following each show, all
spaces not reserved for the following year will be re-allocated on a first
–come-first serve basis. To reserve (Grandfather) the same parking space from
show to show, simply fill out the latest registration form and pay while you
are at the show. Just Cruzin’ Productions, LLC, has a No refund policy and is
not responsible for Acts of God and will present the event on a rain or shine
basis, without refund to the participant. There is no selling or advertising
of any kind allowed in a vehicle registration space. Registrations are
Non-Refundable and Non- Transferable.
I understand that I assume all risk for loss, theft, damage, liability,
injury, cost or expense that I may incur during any of the events presented by
Just Cruzin Productions, LLC and further agree that I will save, defend and
hold harmless, Just Cruzin Productions, LLC, The city of Pismo Beach and their
Directors Officers, Employees, volunteers and agents from any claims, loss
liability, damage or cause of action, including attorneys fees, that I may
incur, suffer or be required to pay in the course of my participation as a
participant, exhibitor or volunteer at any of the events and activities held.
I further assume full responsibility for the safety and insurance coverage for
my vehicle/ exhibit, which is entered in to any or all of the shows.
