Insurance coverage is required for ALL vendors. Evidence of insurance must be submitted to us on or before 45 days preceding the event and must state the following as additional insured:
"City of Pismo Beach, Just Cruzin' Productions LLC, Members, Shareholders, Officers, Directors, Agents, Employees, Volunteers, Parent Companies, Related or Affiliated Companies, Subsidiaries, Sponsors, Trustees, Receivers, Successors and Assigns "
ALL VENDORS are required by the City of Pismo Beach to have a Vendor Permit and a Business Tax License, which can be downloaded at the links below. PLEASE MAIL BOTH CITY FORMS WITH THE REQUIRED PAYMENTS TO THE CITY ADDRESS ON THE BUSINESS TAX LICENSE. City Vendor Permit

ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST have a Valid San Luis Obispo County Health Permit. You can download the form at: County San Luis Obispo form The 2007- 2008 cost is $48.00 for a Single Event; if you have any questions please call San Luis Obispo County at (805) 781-5544. Please do not call Just Cruzin with questions regarding the health permit or its requirements
REQUIREMENT OF THE CLASSIC AT PISMO BEACH/ JUST CRUZIN PRODUCTIONS, LLC. ALL FOOD Vendors must supply Just Cruzin with a valid copy of their San Luis Obispo County Health Permit application for the Pismo Beach Classic each year. FOOD VENDORS will not be allowed to check-in, set up, operate, vend and will forfeit all monies paid to Just Cruzin Productions, LLC if they have not submitted or did not bring a valid copy with them for Just Cruzin upon check-in at the event. In addition any vendors found with a fraudulent, expired or invalid Health permit will be asked to leave and will forfeit all monies paid to Just Cruzin Productions, LLC. _________________________________________________ *IMPORTANT: 2008 Pismo Beach Fire Department Requirements for all Vendors of the Pismo Beach Classic, please make sure you are incompliance before submitting vendor application. The 23rd annual June Car Show in Pismo Beach California has now come and gone and what a success. The fact is that a vendor's bread and butter is in the amount of foot traffic/spectators in attendance. The Pismo Beach events, after 23 years, are a proven commodity. This show, is held annually on the 3rd Full weekend of June, pulls in 1000 classic cars and street rods and over 125,000 spectators over three days.
Most vendors from this event have already signed up for the 2009 show. Space is limited so you will want to get in early on this opportunity. It will probably be your biggest weekend of the year.
Event currently scheduled is: The 23rd annual Pismo Beach Classic, June 19-21, 2009, in Pismo Beach, California. The City of Pismo Beach is wholly behind this event and, along with Just Cruzin Productions, is putting a large financial effort into making sure it is a success.
Sign up now as space is limited. You can find the vendor registration form here. Fill it out and send it to Just Cruzin' Productions with your payment, 30 Days prior to the event no credit cards or personal checks accpeted. You can fax or mail your registration to the address and/or fax on the form.
